Managing Difficult Employee Behaviors
Managing your employees’ performance is one of the most important parts of a supervisor’s/manager’s work. This can be especially challenging with the “difficult” employees.
This webinar examines some of the more common difficult employee behaviors and offer strategies and techniques to help you to better control the situations and to reshape the employee’s behavior.
