PCI Webinar with Karl Beckstrand
What To Do When A Patron Asks You About Writing a Book
It has been said that everyone has a book inside of them that they should write. The hard question is “How do you write and publish a book–and have it read?” And an even harder question, “How do you market a book/e-book?”
In the digital age, plot, character, and setting are still essential; what has changed is delivery and distribution. E-books often outsell physical books.
Publisher Karl Beckstrand presents the pros and cons of traditional, self-, and e-publishing (including Print on Demand). He shares tips on how patrons can get stories into readers’ hands and how to promote them to a global audience using traditional and social media.
Join Karl for this interactive and informative webinar and you’ll learn how to help your patron’s research, organize, write, publish, and market their story (including Internet options–fiction and non-fiction).
