Creating a Culture of Caring: Practical Approaches to Support Young Adult Wellbeing and Mental Health

Student mental health is a growing concern among high schools, colleges and universities, particularly in light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Students across the country are seeking connection and help from a variety of sources, and community members are uniquely positioned to identify and support struggling young adults.

Active Minds, the nation’s premier nonprofit organization supporting mental health promotion and education for young adults, will provide practical approaches that community members can implement in the current climate to help create caring communities to help young adults thrive.
