He will introduce you two stories on how you can improve your leadership style, share the view of ancient Tibetan healing tradition on leadership, discuss how meditation can help individuals in development of personal leadership style.
Attendees will also learn different approaches to leadership and be given recommendations on how to practice mindful leadership every day. At the end of the program Damir iwill lead you through a short meditation session to balance your energy system and connect with your own leadership capabilities.

Damir Kazykhanov ~ Biography
Damir Kazykhanov is an entrepreneur, startup mentor, international speaker and meditation sessions facilitator based in Moscow (Russia).
Damir has been worked as an investment banker for seven years before launching an entrepreneurial career in 2009. He co-founded number of startups before he started in 2014 his own accelerator program called Global Startup. With his UK partner and the team he delivered accelerator programs and workshops for international startups in Middle East, Europe, China and Russia.
He has MSc’01 at Computer Science from Ufa State Aviation Technical University and MBA’09 from Manchester Business School (incl. Johnson School of Management, exchange MBA program).
In 2018 he with his wife had founded meditation center in Moscow to provide entrepreneurs and professionals with holistic approach in finding a balance between personal life, career and business. He translated and published in Russia a book “Inside you; The twenty-four lights” about ancient Tibetan healing tradition called Tibetan pulsing. Now he facilitates meditation session and speaks about mindful entrepreneurship and leadership at international events.
